Settings is the tenth place, after Brand: “Your plan, tokens and settings.” It has five tabs at the top, each a page of its own: Plan and tokens, Team and Account are the same for every project. Spending and Connections belong to the project you’re in. A dot on a tab says something there waits for you, such as an account to reconnect or drafts to review. The fuel bar in the top bar, every Add tokens button, coming back from paying on Stripe and a redeem link all open Plan and tokens.

Plan and tokens

Everything about your plan and tokens, top to bottom:
  • Tokens left, with your plan and the day the plan’s tokens renew, how many came from the plan, how many you bought, any from coupons, and how many are held for work in progress. What do tokens buy? explains them.
  • This month for your project: the month in a sentence and a bar, Used, Set aside for work Marsell does on its own and Left for the plan. Under it, each piece of the work Marsell does on its own (planning, answer checks, discovery, listening, the picture reader, site checks, Home’s pictures, the chat) with its tokens a day. An agent that would take 10% or more of your plan is named with its numbers. It shows once a plan holds a budget. Which agents run, and on how many tokens, is the plan’s call: See Agents this month on Plan goes there. See Your tokens this month.
  • What ran, last 30 days: what the tokens went on, day by day, by project and by kind of work, and the token history.
  • Your plan, with Change plan, Invoices and card and Cancel plan. With no plan yet, it says No plan yet, with the plans and See the plans. See Billing.
  • Top up by itself: one switch that adds a pack on your card when your tokens run low. See Top up by itself.
  • More tokens: packs at your plan’s rate. See Token packs.
  • Have a code?: type a code Marsell sent you and press Redeem. A redeem link opens this page and redeems it by itself. See Redeem a code.
  • Not finished: checkouts you started on Stripe and didn’t pay, with Finish or close.
  • Topped up: each top-up with its price, date and receipt.

Spending

What Marsell makes, and may spend on its own holds the same choices as setup, and each press saves: the kinds of posts, how their short videos are made and how far their pictures go, whether you have a series and what each episode may spend, how far your pages go, and whether Marsell makes films on its own. “Pages, films and series episodes each use a big share of your tokens. Planning your weeks always goes ahead.” See What I make, and what I may spend. Under it, Should Marsell suggest paid ads?:
  • No paid ads: Marsell never plans or suggests an ad. Your posts, pages and the rest go on as usual.
  • Suggest ad tests: Marsell may put a small ad test in your plan when a post or page looks worth paying to put in front of more people. Each one comes to you as a card asking for its budget, and nothing is spent until you approve it.
It’s the same answer as setup’s. Until you pick, it says it was picked for this kind of project. A team inside a big company runs no ads; that rule is on Brand, under Business. Brand’s switches show your answer too, with Change it in Settings, under Spending. See Ads.

Connections

The accounts and access Marsell acts through for this project:
  • Accounts, “Where Marsell posts”: each connected account, with the drafts ready for it (Review), Connect again when one needs it, and how many of your plan’s connections are used across all your projects. Instagram, Facebook and Threads also give their reach through the same connection. A Pinterest account’s line has Choose a board, and a Google Business Profile’s Choose locations. Tiles below connect more places; Bluesky, Telegram and WordPress connect with a short form right here. Each account can be checked, paused, moved to another project, or disconnected to free its slot. Accounts left connected by a project you deleted show under From a deleted project, with Move here and Disconnect. See Connect your accounts.
  • Your site’s code: connect a GitHub repository and Marsell opens fixes as pull requests you merge. “How Marsell handles your code” says what it asks for, reads and changes, and what it never does.
  • When your site changes: an address your deploy can call after each change, so Marsell checks your site straight away.
  • What Marsell counts from: one line that leads to Analytics, under Sources, where your visit counter, Google, your YouTube channel and GitHub repository, Stripe and your shop are connected.

Team

Team, “Who can see and approve”. Solo and Core are one person’s plans. On Growth and Network you invite someone by email with what they can do, cancel an invite, or remove someone. See Team.

Account

  • Your account: the email you’re signed in with. Your account opens your name, email, password and sign-in methods.
  • Light or dark: kept in this browser.
  • The old app: Open the old app (v3), Marsell as it was before this version.
  • Sign out: back to sign-in, to use another account.

Delete this project

At the very end, apart from the rest. Press Delete this project, type the project’s name to confirm, and press the button that names it, such as Delete Softwear. Everything made for it goes for good: its files, setup, plans, posts, pages, films, rivals and communities. Its social accounts are disconnected and their slots free up, or, if you have another project, you can move them there instead. Posts that already went out stay on the platforms. Your Marsell plan and your tokens stay with your account. See Data and security.
